Design Services

Initial Consultation

Our initial consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. This allows you to discuss your project requirements and determine if our design approach aligns with your vision before committing to our services.

Design Deposits

When you engage our business card design services, we require an initial deposit to begin work. This deposit covers consultation time, research, and preliminary design development. Design deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they compensate for time and creative resources invested in your project.

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a design project after work has begun, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellations during the initial concept phase: You are responsible for the deposit plus any additional work completed
  • Cancellations during the revision phase: You are responsible for payment covering all work completed to that point
  • Cancellations after final approval: Full project payment is due
  • All completed work up to the cancellation point is billable at our standard rates

Revision Policy

Each design package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be provided at an additional cost. We work collaboratively to ensure your satisfaction within the agreed scope of work.

Design Satisfaction

We strive for complete client satisfaction with our minimalist business card designs. If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts, we will work with you through the revision process outlined in your service agreement. Our goal is to create designs that authentically represent your wellness or lifestyle brand.

Printed Products

Quality Assurance

All business cards produced through our printing partners undergo quality control checks. We review samples when possible to ensure the final printed products meet our standards for minimalist design execution and material quality.

Printing Errors

If your printed business cards contain errors due to production issues, we will work with our printing partners to resolve the situation. Eligible circumstances include:

  • Incorrect colors that significantly deviate from approved proofs
  • Misaligned printing or cutting errors
  • Wrong paper stock or finish applied
  • Damaged cards received due to production defects
  • Incorrect quantities delivered

In such cases, we will coordinate with the printing partner to arrange for replacement or reprinting at no additional cost to you.

Client-Approved Errors

If printed cards contain errors that were present in the design files you approved, we cannot offer refunds or reprints. This includes:

  • Spelling or grammatical errors you approved
  • Incorrect contact information you provided
  • Design elements you specifically requested and approved
  • Color variations within normal printing tolerances

We carefully review all designs and provide proofs for your approval before production to minimize such issues.

Shipping Damage

If your business cards arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the shipping carrier and printing partner to arrange for replacement cards.

Subjective Dissatisfaction

Once you have approved the final design and print production has begun or been completed, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with approved designs. We encourage thorough review during the design approval process.

Refund Process

When refunds are applicable under this policy, they will be processed as follows:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@slyxshral.world
  • Include your project details and reason for the refund request
  • Provide supporting documentation or evidence if applicable
  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Partial refunds may be issued based on work completed and circumstances

File Delivery

Upon full payment for design services, we deliver all agreed-upon final files in print-ready formats. These files are your property for use in producing business cards. We retain design files and project archives according to our standard document retention practices.

Timeline Extensions

Project timelines are estimated in good faith based on typical workflows. Delays may occur due to factors including client feedback timing, revision complexity, material availability, or production schedules. Timeline extensions do not constitute grounds for cancellation without payment for completed work.

Material Samples

We provide material samples when possible to help you make informed decisions about paper stock and finishes. Sample requests may involve additional shipping costs. Samples are provided for reference and actual production may have slight variations within industry-standard tolerances.

Communication

Clear communication is essential to project success. We commit to:

  • Responding to inquiries within one business day
  • Providing regular project updates
  • Clearly explaining design decisions and material recommendations
  • Seeking your approval at key project milestones
  • Addressing concerns promptly and professionally

We ask that you also commit to timely communication regarding feedback, approvals, and any concerns.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this Return Policy may be made at the sole discretion of Slyxshral based on individual circumstances. Each situation is evaluated on its merits with the goal of fair resolution.

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date. The policy in effect at the time you engage our services governs your project.
