When you engage our business card design services, we require an initial deposit to begin work. This deposit covers consultation time, research, and preliminary design development. Design deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they compensate for time and creative resources invested in your project.

Once you have approved the final design and print production has begun or been completed, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with approved designs. We encourage thorough review during the design approval process.

Timeline extensions do not constitute grounds for cancellation without payment for completed work.
